They settle for less than they are capable of.” Today, we explore the topic of when to quit a job, a relationship, or a major commitment, and when to stick with it.
According to author Malcolm Harris, author of Kids These Days: Human Capital and the Making of Millennials, Millennials (those born between 1980-2000), are bearing the brunt of the economic damage brought by the late-twentieth-century capitalism. He states, “If Millennials are different, it’s not because we’re more or less evolved than our parents or grandparents, it’s because they’ve changed the world in ways that have produced people like us.” He argues that this is also a reason why millennials are so burned out.
